I am a highly sensitive and introverted traveler on an adventure to learn more about myself and the world. From around the age of 12, I knew I wanted to learn about other cultures and travel to experience other ways of life. I was the quiet, weird kid who had a shelf dedicated to studying different languages and folklore (and another for the metaphysical including astrology!). I went on to study linguistics in college and then bounced around jobs every few years until I found my way into design and soon after took my laptop with me on the road. About 15 years after those initial thoughts, I was able to make it happen.
Since 2019 at the age of 27, I have traveled around the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia while working remotely, and the list slowly grows. Although I've only been to about 20 countries so far, I've gotten to know many of them deeply by studying the local language and history and experiencing its way of life slowly over an extended period. It's a lifestyle that truly offers so much, but I've also experienced social anxiety or troubles from sensitivity and introversion. I'm here to share with you how I do it, what I've learned, and hopefully inspire you to discover a little more about yourself and what's out there.
